Tiredness in women often has more than one cause: low iron, a run-down appetite, and the strain monthly cycles can leave behind. This set brings Devendra's women's tonics together with an iron-and-calcium capsule and a daily herbal top-up.

In this combo

• Tephron Plus Capsule (30 Cap) — Iron & calcium. Kasees bhasma supplies iron for the pale, breathless tiredness of Pandu (anaemia), and Praval, Shankh and Mukta shukti add natural calcium that also settles the stomach upset iron can cause.
• Multivit Capsule (100 Cap) — Daily appetite & energy. A daily herbal top-up: amla and turmeric as antioxidant Rasayanas, cumin, ajwain and fenugreek for appetite and digestion, and Ashwagandha for strength and calm, so the tonics in this set are well absorbed.
• Supari Pak (100 g) — Classical nourishing Paka. A classical Ayurvedic Paka, a sweet herbal confection of purified Supari cooked with milk, ghee and aromatic herbs, that Devendra recommends for body strength, especially for women. Full details are coming soon; please check the pack.

Cautions

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking any of these. Have the cause of anaemia checked, and see a gynaecologist for very heavy, painful or irregular periods, or if you haven't conceived after a year of trying (six months if you are over 35). Dee Compound and Fertila contain sugar. Tephron Plus contains iron: keep it out of children's reach, and take it 2 hours apart from thyroid tablets and some antibiotics.
