Shilajeet Plus Capsule
Shilajit capsules with Ashwagandha and Shatavari
The mountain resin Ayurveda has trusted for vitality, in a daily capsule.
100 Cap: ₹250 · 300 Cap: ₹700
Shilajeet Plus pairs 300 mg of purified Shilajit — the mineral-rich resin that seeps from Himalayan rock — with Ashwagandha and Shatavari, Ayurveda's leading strength herbs for men and women.
The details file describes it for general weakness: a simple Rasayana for energy, stamina and recovery.
Used for
- General weakness (Daurbalya)
- Low energy & fatigue
- Stamina & recovery (Rasayana)
Why energy runs low
Tiredness that lingers often reflects poor sleep, stress, overwork, a recent illness or deficiencies such as low iron. At the level of the cell, energy depends on mitochondria turning food into ATP — and stress and ageing slow them down.
Ayurveda calls this loss of Bala (strength) and Ojas (vitality), and turns to Rasayanas — rejuvenatives — to rebuild them. Shilajit is the classical Rasayana of the mineral world, praised in the Charaka Samhita.
Shilajeet Plus restores in 3 ways
- Energy & Recovery (Rasayana) — Shilajit's fulvic acid and dibenzo-α-pyrones support cellular energy (ATP); animal and human studies report less fatigue and better physical performance.
- Adaptogen (Balya) — Ashwagandha lowered perceived stress and cortisol and improved sleep and strength in meta-analyses of randomised trials.
- Nourishing Tonic (Brimhana) — Shatavari is Ayurveda's nourishing, adaptogenic root, with immunomodulatory activity in experimental studies.
Key ingredients
- Shilajit — 300 mg. A Himalayan rock exudate rich in fulvic acid and dibenzo-α-pyrones. Animal and human studies indicate antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic effects, improved sperm counts and less fatigue; its safety is well documented when purified.
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) — 150 mg. Ayurveda's best-known Balya-Rasayana. In randomised trials ashwagandha root extract lowered perceived stress and cortisol and improved sleep and muscle strength; its withanolides are the main active constituents.
- Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus, tuberous root) — 50 mg. Ayurveda's chief Rasayana for women. Its steroidal saponins (shatavarins) are adaptogenic, immunomodulatory and anti-ulcer in experimental studies, and it is traditionally used to support milk supply.
