In this combo

• Asthama Tablet (100 Tab) — Opens the airways. Somlata (ephedra) relaxes tight airways, Kantakari improved breathing in a small clinical study, and Vasaka, Bibhitaki and licorice loosen phlegm and soothe an inflamed lining, for wheeze, breathlessness and bronchitis.
• Dee Kuf SF Syrup (100 mL) — Clears the cough, no sugar. Vasaka, Bibhitaki and Narsar thin phlegm, and Banafsha and menthol settle the cough reflex: the full Dee Kuf formula without the sugar, which suits a long-running cough.

Cautions

Asthma can be serious: these don't replace an inhaler or other medicine your doctor has prescribed. Keep using them, and get urgent help for a severe attack. Both contain Somlata (ephedra), so ask your doctor before taking them together, and first of all if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease or glaucoma, or take an MAOI antidepressant. Asthama contains purified borax: never exceed the dose.
